Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum orders and re-orders are $200 USD. 

CURRENT LEAD TIMES
Our current lead time is 8-10 days. Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping speed selected. For orders placed October through December, we highly recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery in the event of an increased lead time.

MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP)
We strongly recommend that all K'lani products be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). 

THIRD-PARTY SITE / WEB COMMERCE
Re-selling K'lani products through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other online marketplace is strictly prohibited. Retailers re-selling on these third-party sites will have their wholesale account terminated.If a retailer is planning to sell K'lani products in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account. Any products sold online must abide by our MSRP/MAP policy. 

PAYMENT METHODS / NET TERMS
All orders placed through our wholesale website must be accompanied by immediate payment. We accept credit card payments or PayPal payments. Net 30-60 terms are currently only available via the Faire wholesale platform for US + Canada brick and mortar stores. Please use our direct link when placing an order for a $100 credit and 1 year of Free Shipping.

SHIPPING / HANDLING / IMPORT DUTIES

We use USPS and UPS Ground shipping. On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total. Please note, the retailer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties. Any customs/tariffs levied by the import country is the retailer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost. These costs then get factored into your MSRP for you to maintain a profit margin. We can ship on your freight account if you'd prefer.

SHIPPING ERRORS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you have received damaged products, please send an email to support@wearklani.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged products. Our team will get in touch with you to offer a replacement or a credit. If you have received the wrong products or missing products, please send an email to support@wearklani.com with your order number and brief description of your issue. We do not accept any returns on wholesale orders. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are non-refundable.
